and blend
Mix, chill and serve. |

- 1 cup soy sauce - 1/2 maple syrup - 1 T. of diced red onion - 1 t. fresh diced ginger -1/2 t. crushed garlic |

| Whisk together all ingredients | Ingredients: - 1 cup of grapefruit juice - 1/3 cup of honey - 1 T. chopped cilantro - salt and pepper to taste |

| Warm Mushroom and Goat Cheese Salad | |||||
| SautÈ mushrooms. Add lemon juice and black pepper. Add butter. Toss with greens.
